Maintenance services offered:
The annual care maintenance is performed once or twice a year and generally includes pruning, cleanup, fertilization, weed control, and mulching. Also, annual care consists of replacing any plants that might of dies over the year or addition of the new plants.
Periodic maintenance is performed on the continual time basis, approximately every two or three weeks, and includes minor pruning, weeding, spraying herbicides and insecticides and few other speciality applications such as deer and pest control.
Ongoing turf maintenance is also part of periodic maintenance and includes fertilization of the lawn, weed control, insect control usually with 6 applications per year. In addition to turn fertilization, periodic maintenance includes power seeding, fertilization of the plant beds, annual flower and bulb installation in spring and fall.
Irrigation system maintenance including start up and winterization/blow-down, ongoing system maintenance and repairs.
